Stop new access
Turn off an agent’s permission or disable the agent in your workspace. Disconnect Gmail to remove the saved credential, connection, associated permissions, label rules and draft ownership records. Your account and agent records remain. Requests already running may finish.
Delete your Underlayer account
Sign in to your workspace, open the account deletion controls and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes saved connections, credentials, agents, permissions, label rules, draft ownership, pending connection requests and your account creation date.
A minimal identity-derived hash, deletion time and random generation remain indefinitely to block old sessions and late writes. This retained marker is not anonymous. A new sign-in through “Create a new account” starts a fresh account with no connections or permissions.
What deletion does not remove
Deletion does not remove Gmail messages or drafts, your Google or Auth0 account, provider logs or backups, or data already sent to ChatGPT. It does not revoke provider authorizations or refresh grants. Fresh agent tokens, including tokens issued through an existing authorization, can use permissions you later grant to that same agent client. Actions already running may finish.
Remove Underlayer in your Google Account connections to revoke Google authorization. Manage connected apps, conversations and memory separately in ChatGPT. Disconnecting Gmail or deleting your Underlayer account does not perform these provider actions.
The manual deletion-request process and provider/backup handling are still being prepared. See support information.
